You know I always thought it would be cool to work for BMW up there to get hold of the latest models until I read

They do get advance training on new models. Especially if they are switching to something new, such as the new ttI6 and ttV8s awhile back. They need people in the field that can at least recognize a turbo when they see it I'm sure they are working diesels now as well.
