There is a definite connection between working in the IT industry and a love of cars. So many of our members (at least in the NY area) are in the IT field.

next time I see "bluecoat filter" at work i know who to complain to
of course I dont really hate you
but do you know how hard it is to work a 12 hour shift with only 4 hours worth of work and have access to like a tiny fraction of the internet!!!!!

as an update.. they had ballots for favorite vehicles at the show, and I just found out I tied for third place.. all my money spent on mods have paid off..hahah!
Here are the winners:
1st- 1967 VW Van
2nd- 1967 Mini Cooper S / 1955 Ford Thunderbird (tie)
3rd- 1969 Mercedes 280SL / 2004 BMW 530i (tie)

Congrats, the car looks good, although my favorites in the pics are the E30 and the Cobra replica.

hahaha.. I think it was more of a popularity contest, and I guess people thought the VW bus was the coolest.. originally there were supposed to be different categories for antique, classic, modern.. but there were only ~25 cars so they just had one overall people's favorite category...
