EDIT: forgot to explain the shirt. Mike "The Situation" (a cast member on the show) said he had to GTL - Gym, Tan, Laundry... as if those three things were the only thing that mattered. it was pretty funny. here is the urban dictionary quote:

Jersey Shore my friend. I guess you have to be in America to appreciate it. Jersey Shore has amazingly become a cult phenomenon in the US. It is truly mind boggling, but I have to admit I love the show, my friends and I quote it pretty regularly. I am gonna buy one of those GTL shirts to wear to the gym, because it is a guaranteed conversation piece.
