I'm so pissed that I will be out of the country for for the June meet that I went out to the Bear today. First, I stopped off at Prestige BMW to take care of a few small things. Said "hi" to Jeff. It was incredibly beautiful out there! Perfect day. Not so many people. Flogged a few sections, but there were a lot of my kindred cyclists out, so discretely was the best way to drive. The lakes are so fabulous and the green is still so fresh. It was just the cure for too many weeks stuck in Manhattan. You all are just going to have the best meet yet. My spirit will be with all of you even if I'm 10,000 miles away. Have fun out there and be safe!

Drove all through Harriman and Bear Mtn yesterday avoiding the multi-hour back up at the Tappan Zee. Got to keep moving and enjoy a great drive.

Yea, it sure was another nice day to take the drive. Yesterday, I got on the bike for about 50 miles. That was pretty darn good too.

Yes Sunday was magnificent. I participated in exoticrally.com's Spring Sprint for autism (charity was Autism Speaks) which, as those of you who know me know, is a cause near and dear and very personal to me. The organizer was kind enough to waive in my itty bitty 550 and let it run with the over 100 Lambos, Ferraris, Masers and Vettes and other sick rides so that my Victor could have a good time. It was such a beautiful day for a run and Victor loved every minute of it.
