Okay, having lived in AZ I can say that AZ is no state to follow a lead on for any kind of legislation.
Past attempts....
1. Legalize the manufacture of freon.
2. Making it a felony for a state employee to protect a federally endangered species while on duty.
3. Banning cleavage. (yes, they tried to ban cleavage, in public and on TV and movies - this was in the 90's).
