Well my wrists have been bothering me the last year due to how much I use a mouse for work. I had used a trackball 10 years ago but never really liked it. I started reading about them more recently and ordered one last week. It got delivered to my door a little while ago. After using it the past hour, I gotta say I'm very impressed on how much better it feels. Anyone else use a trackball? I'd recommend them if you do alot of computer work.

Kidding aside, I've been using a trackball for almost 10 years.

I've had probably 9 different mice and this one feels the best. Not sure how it would be for gaming though.

just wait til your thumb starts to bother you from using the trackball so much (lord knows you are beating it up with texts as well)
just make sure you get up from the comp frequently and stretch your wrists out...
