N.O. Xplode doesn't do it for me. IMO, the best "booster" is a pre-workout shake (strawberry, banana, slow released protein)

I don't know if you need that stuff El. I need nothing to push me at the gym, and I am 6'4" 255lbs and since lifting heavy for the last 8 months again I have been benching 350 - 4 sets of 15, no problem. Eat sensibly and you'll be fine, hell even have some junk every now and again.

Yeah all the time, that's me in the picture.
as for topic those "pumping supplements" made me feel big and strong while working out. i used no2 by muscletech.
tried "no explode" and couldn't sleep after. too much coffeine i guess for me.
i stopped working out for a long time ago though. supplements are helpful as long as used wisely in conjunction with good diet and work outs

I just started again after an 8-9 layoff. This is my 3rd month and I have to say that I'm disappointed in my progress...I lost my metabolism and it's taking forever to drop weight...should've never stopped in the first place!
I went from a lean 175-180 to 230 max at one point.

In the morning I do cardio here at a small gym in Sylmar (USA Fitness). In the evenings I do my exercises at 24 Fitness in Santa Clarita.
