Thumbs up

I've heard something about an eye doctor can write a prescription or something like that for sun sensitive or damaged eyes and the cops can't cite you. Don't know if it's true. Any eye doctors out there to confirm this?

Yea, I heard that too... But I also heard that b/c many people had been doing that and they didn't have any eye problems, so the courts changed that law or something like that.

Do you guys get pulled over just for front plates and tint, or do they just tack it on after they get you for speeding or something?

I also got a ticket for my tints last year. What i did was, went to the same place where i got the windows tinted(the owner is a frien of mine) and got a receipt showing that the tints were replaced and that was it.I went to the court house not the police station and showed them the receipt that i took care of it and that was it!

Hey, you a cop or somethin'? My secretary's bro WAS a NY cop. Got shot off duty...and passed away two weeks later. Damn NYPD insurance won't give his immediate family full life insurance because he wasn't shot on duty!!!

I know the entire LA police department...my office just re-designed LA City Hall and the LA Police Department.

...and on this thread's note, not that you heard it from me becaue it is ILLEGAL: I have heard of people who borrowed someone with the exact same colored car and change license plates then bring it in to be checked. Most cops won't check the VIN number...as a matter-of-fact...they didn't even check the car...they simply say..."Hey, if it's still illegal, you'll just get a nother ticket." So it's all really what risk Choi wants to take.
