OK guys, for now its all sorted. The reason i bought this laptop from the US was the specs are not available in the UK, I do not know why Dell do this. The laptop is going to my sister's friend in Chicago who will try and meet up with my other sister.

Oh there was loads of stuff on the XPS 1530 that I ordered that I couldn't get in the UK at that time. 2.6GHz CPU, 4GB RAM, wireless N card, 256MB graphics card, the highest resolution screen. Not to mention that even with the top of the range laptop I still paid less than half what I would have paid in the UK. I did buy it at the Presidential Sale weekend and got $800 off the normal price in the US.
