Sold my E60 to my bro-in-law who said that he got the financing needed to take the car off of my hands...trusting that he did this (my first mistake 
), I gave him the keys to the car (my second mistake )...
Anyways, he calls me up and tells me that he couldn't secure the financing and asked if he can make payments to me. I was relying on that money to pay myself back for the down payment I made on my new car (my 3rd mistake ). He's driving the car back to give it back to me this weekend, and he's probably added a lot of miles on it....
