I need to lose about 20 lbs. I'm too damn lazy to exercise daily. Yeah I'm a couch potato.

Sorry to say that there's no shortcut in losing weight bud. You need to do cardio 3-5x per week @ 30min minimum and follow a well balanced diet. No junk food, processed food, and alcohol. This Acai berry only enhances weight loss but without the mentioned above, it's useless. GL with the diet!

Mrs. sixcard got involved with Acai Berry a few years ago and I read quite a bit about it. IMO the berry, per se, is quite nutritious.
The bad news is that folks have packaged it into an expensive fad. And one can acquire the same level of nutrition for much less cost.
Regarding losing twenty pounds,
1. If you buy the popular Acai Berry bottled product and take it as directed
and
2. You continue your present level of exercise and couch routine
3. Theoretically, you will gain weight. And you will be less wealthy.
To lose weight you must begin to consume fewer calories than you burn. Period!

I got a little shock when one of my patients told me that my tummy was coming out. This was after I had preached the importance of him losing weight. Felt like a hipocrit!
On a side note, some of my cardilogist friends are fat round pigs and smoke like a chimney the second they get the chance to do so.

Simple man.. Just eat less portions. Let's say your burn an average of 1500 calories a day. Just eat 1300 calories worth of food (of course not grease or fried stuff) and you'll start losing weight before you know it. Excercising definitely speeds up the process but its all about consistency and self control.
