why is this over the top? tow truck companies are notoriously douchey. You take my time, I am gonna take yours. I have no problem paying for something i did wrong (parking illegally) bu these places are usually tough to deal with.

Why not bring down all those pennies?

U.S. Code collection

TITLE 31 > SUBTITLE IV > CHAPTER 51 > SUBCHAPTER I > ? 5103

United States coins and currency (including Federal reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal reserve banks and national banks) are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues. Foreign gold or silver coins are not legal tender for debts.

i wouldnt have the guts to do this, but i agree one asshole move deserves another, i live outside philly (watch Philly Park Wars) and work in the city and i get ticketed all the time, even when my produce delivery company drivers make deliveries in the truck, where are they supposed to park in the busy city,"sorry this is a passenger loasding zone" give me 5 minutes to make my delivery!

I am gonna save a penny every month. In 56 years, I will be able to do this myself--provided that I do not lose any pennies.
