This morning, I reached 2,000 posts -- since joining in March of this year. There must be something wrong -- seriously wrong -- with me. ![Laughing](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/laughing.gif)
Seriously, I have so much enjoyed E60.net and its members. And my son Victor has loved our meets -- especially the driving parts of them.
I consider myself very lucky that I stumbled across this board on the net. Thanks so much to Lomag and Das for creating this haven for E60 enthusiasts.

Living and working in Manhattan, I do not come across many car enthusiasts. When I talk about cars, many of my co-workers have a slighly bemused look on their face and I know that they just don't get it. Their idea of desireable automotive transportation is a Lincoln Town Car ride by a car service. Yuck!
The members on E60.net do get it. Driving is more than simply getting from point A to point B. It is a form of expression and an exercise in freedom. Nice to have found some kindred spirits.

Damn, you are the next upcoming post whore champ!
Congrats! Keep going, Scott!!
Congrats! Keep going, Scott!!
And I doubt I can ever keep pace for a sustained period of time with Craig or Marc. I will get some big wave of depositions that I have to take or defend or a big trial and then I will probably have to go dark or (more likely) nearly dark for months.
I am enjoying this relative hiatus in the law treadmill. But, in about a month, another massive wave of life-consuming depositions looms. And I prep like crazy when I have those coming up as I always want to know much more than the witnesses do about whatever topic it is. Witnesses stop lying when they think that the lawyer examining them knows more than they do about what they are testifying on. And this month's wave is about geotechnical engineering -- not an easy topic to learn for a political science major! So I gotta study up to flummox the witnesses.
So no, I'll never be in the next upcoming post whore champ. Really.

I'll never catch Gene, C, Rudy, etc. Nor do I have their immense knowledge of mods and I never will.

I think 80+ posts in one day likely gives some insight into "how it happened."
