Hello Everyone!

I work for the U.S. Census Bureau and for those of you living in the United States I just wanted to remind you to send your questionaires back before April 16th. If it's not turned in by the 16th then your address will be put on a master list and census takers will visit residences beginning May 1st. Even if you send it in after the 16th someone may still come.

We are gearing up right now to send census takers out to homes so this is just a heads up I'm sure you've seen all the commercials and billboards about the Census and think its a waste of money. A lot of money goes into this because it is important we get an accurate count of how many people live in your state and community for funding purposes... and its mandated by the Constitution (article 1, section 2) so we have no choice but to do it even if it does cost billions...

Hope you turned it in or will turn it in asap! Please tell people to turn it in if they haven't. For every 1% increase in return of questionaires it saves the government millions. Thank you!

I did mine ... good thing too that I got all the mail reminders (the USPS needs the extra business!).

A question for you - because I live in NJ should I have copied and sent in a few extras

i've gotten 2 long forms and 1 short form. filled out question 1 on 1 long and 1 short and that's it and sent them in.
