That is Nobuhiro Tajima. He broke the 13 year old record at Pikes Peak this year, time of 10:01.408 . Tajima made the record breaking run up Pikes Peak in his Suzuki Grand Vitara. The previous record of 10:04 was set by Rod Millen in 1994.
Tajima said he is thrilled with his new record but he now wants to return in 2008 to break the ten-minute barrier.
