While it is fortunate that helicopters are nearby to assist in tracking CRIMINALS like this one, it is unfortunate that they are equipped with cameras. In the pre-gyro-stabilized camera olden days, this CRIMINAL would absolutely have suffered some injuries from contact with other objects as a result of his incredibly stupid behavior and the subsequent accident.

My Ride: 2005 545i Sport, Premium, Logic 7, Jet Black, Black Leather, M-Aero Kit, 15% (very dark) Tint, Eichbach Lowering Springs, Red Brake Calipers, Radenergie R-10's, Michelin PilotSport2 in 245/35/20 and 285/30/20, Rolled Fenders, and a nifty Graco Baby Car Seat.
Next Up: Xenon fogs, Eisemann Exhaust, iPod Interface, Comfort Seats.
He's lucky he didnt' find me on that exit ramp. If I were that innocent woman, I'd have beaten that guy senseless.
What's sad, too is that the driver/moron in the 3 series is more skilled behind that wheel than most people I see on my commute: people reading, doing their makeup, etc.

The driver was just charged- they showed it on the news. Charging him with: assault with a deadly weapon, along with dozens of other charges.
