I had one between 2004-2006 and loved the car, amazingly quick for a 700cc engine (it does have a turbo though) and great fun to chuck about.
But pray nothing goes wrong with it because the customer service from Mercedes/Chrysler-Daimler is perhaps the worst in history since Caveman Ogg had a problem with his faulty Mammoth!

They have MANY problems. It's one of the MOST TOWED cars here! And: ONLY a Smart Center can do the repair, anybody else refuses to put his hands on this small piece of crap.
It's a motorized shopping cart and waaaaaay too expensive!
The Smart drivers over here are the WORST!
Those cars are just a joke!

It's a motorized shopping cart, the fastest 1 too 180km top on 13 of the smart for2 in HK.
waaaaaay too expensive! that right becouse itis MB, if it was ford then it will be half the price.
