signature size

i noticed a lot of members have large signatures. is there a size limit?

common sense would dictate that the picture not be so wide so that it causes member's browsers to open a "scroll left-right" bar on the bottom, but common sense is not a natural born instinct like breathing.

There's no rule, but the best is to keep it as small as possible!


IMHO the above is allready waaaay over the top!
That's all personal taste, therefore very different.

There damn well should be a size limit to sig pics and text. I think my sig is pushing it.


John/pjinca, as much as I respect your opinion, much of your sig also has no place here. Much of your sig statements are fine for the lounge but have no place in your signature.
