I went to my BMW dealer, and they quoted me at least $2000 for the mirrors + glass. Not including paint and install..

do a search on www.ebay.de - spiegel is the german word for mirror. I bought mine from there about 4 weeks ago and spent 680.00 USD/shipped (the were BRAND NEW and finished in BMW primer; with auto dimming; puddle lamps; powered flip etc)....here is a quick sample of whats out there:

check your production date < 9/2005 and you need 3 wire (this auction) > 9/2005 and you need a single wire for the mirror. This is the same supplier I got my post 9/2005 version (single wire) he seems to have a bunch available...

His english is rough, but I would try contacting him and asking for a price...I was very happy with the results!

My production date is after 9/2005. Did you buy yours from the first or second link?

they are from same salesman. thx for info, I luved the M5 but no think to big so I will drop my electrochrome and look for a different style and sleek lookin' one.
