Not sure how to approach this, but I'll try. AIBs return policy is flawed. 10 days from original purchase date is the time frame for when you can return for a refund? Well, according to Paypal's records I paid 5/24/06. USPS delivered to my door 6/8/06. If my math is correct that would be 15 days from time of original purchase date before I got my hands on them. Hmmm...
EDIT: But, Dave did mention he would only ship out when we had 20 confirmed. And when we got close to 20, he shipped to the first 10 that paid. Mine was shipped 6/6/08 and received 6/8. So, what now?
I'm not asking for a refund. All I want are bright Angel Eyes whether they be from CustomAngelEyes or Umnitza. I'm going to contact support@angelibright.com soon when I remove my AIBs as to how to proceed with the exchange.

Well they prob won't be out offically till fall but Umnitza has posted here that he will take pre orders for E60 members so they get their hands on them first.. I however being the orignal person sending out my headlights to umnitza so that they could get the measurements for their product I will be one of the first to get my hands on them.. as for pics like it has been stated the product still isn't fully finish the first set should be in Umnitza within a week or so..

I really like AIBs but the customer service is not what I expected. Before I bought a set of AIB's I've heard alot of good things about their customer service but when I had this problem it just seems like they don't really want to deal with it. I mean all I want to know is if they would cover the return postage of the defective bulb. That is it.. I have no problem paying them for the holding fee. My Ride: On order: 07 550i, Jet black, black interior, steptronic, sports package, logic 7 sound minus CD changer, rear door mounted airbags, HUD, navigation and comfort access
Well, I mailed back my defective bulb on Tuesday. It cost $4.50 for postage and delivery confirmation. Don't want them to say they never got it. Anyways, they told me to send back just the bad bulb, but in their email, they told me the bulbs were computer matched. Maybe I should have sent back both bulbs so they can "match" them again. All I know is that I cant drive my car right now cause my headlight assembly is out and I'm not putting them back until I get my bulbs installed. Hopefully I'll get a new bulb soon and hopefully they'll match the one I still got. If that doesn't work I'm returning them.
I'll keep everyone posted as to when I get my new bulbs and if they work.

No. I wouldn't go that far. The first batch that went out earlier this year had no problems b/c we would have all heard about it. I just think that a few of the 20 AIBs that part of the group buy are experiencing issues.
