I called my dealer yesterday Sout Miami BMW, and the taillights run for $316 each, kindda od pricy. 
The UK prices are still being worked out and for the moment although I can provide kits for the E61 they remain a lot more expensive than the E60 kits purely because the parts to make up that kit from BMW are about 3 times more expensive.
