Im confused.....so why would u be the first?....you would have to pay full price?....i think it encourages people to wait it out to the end...
1. Sucker (?250 GBP)
2.
3.
4.
...
......
20. nyuballer (?180 GBP)
May I add a suggestion?
wouldnt it make more sense that the first who pays gets it cheaper and anyone after has to pay ?3.50 extra until it reaches 20 ?

Obviously this new idea will take some time to be understood (while I still make up the rules as we go along ). But hopefully these are some more notes to provide guidance.
Everyone in the Group Buy will pay the same price. You get the maximum benefit from the Group Buy if you get 20 people before the time runs out. However even if you don't get twenty people everyone will still get a discount depending on how many people have joined and paid.
Indeed if there is only 1 person in the Group Buy then that person pays the full price of the kit. I won't be collecting any money from people midway through the Group Buy. This way hopefully no one will pay the full price. Ofcourse if after the Group Buy has ended and those that have committed do not pay that could stall the Group Buy a bit untill we get more committed members or I go around collecting the difference.
This is your chance at getting the kit shipped for $265 rather than $300 that you want. So sign up now. This is going to show how much you trust your forum members to collectively provide each other a better deal.
Based on the interest in this thread alone we should be down to ?236 which is about $345 already. But people need to add their names to a list otherwise they won't be counted as being in the Group Buy.

That's the spirit.
Remember that this is an Introductary Price Group Buy so only those who get in will get this price. So if you are waiting for a Brilliant deal to happen you may actually loose out completely if you don't get on the list and others have beat you to it. Only the 20 people signed up and paid will benefit from this price.
Just one last thing. When you sign up to the list can you please put the current price next to your forum name and also send me an email with your forum name too to bruce_miranda @ yahoo.com (without the spaces). The email is important because I may not be able to PM you to keep you updated.
