The use of the name Hamann to advertise stuff that is a replica, therefore not from Hamann, is a copyright issue and illegal.

I am still curious about the whole killing someone in a wreck though, that has not been explained. I get the copyright infringement etc... but how does a replica kill someone in an accident that the real deal would not?
