My Ride: 2008 Silverstone II E60 M5 2012 E70 AW X5 50i Sport w/ LCI Aero Kit and Rocker Panels
This one sells for $210 with shipping. It says it's for the M5 only, but if you have the M-Tech kit, will this really not fit?

this is the lip thats fits the m-tech bumper only,
yes you do have to screw this lip on to the m-tech bumper,(comes with screws)

yeah.... 5 holes on each side. You have to drill the bumper and also somehow get access to the inner part of the bumper too, because you have to put some more screw from the inner side, to hold the splitter.
