My Ride: 2004 Blacked out 530i, Carbon Fiber Pillars, Carbon Fiber Emblems (Wheels, Steering Wheel and Hood/Trunk). Blacked out kidney Grill, Smoked side marker lights, 15mm Rear Spacers, K&N Filter, Window Tint, Navigon Syst. Breyton Front Lip. Bilistein Coil Over Suspension Front & Rear Droped 1.5" Genuine M5 Pedal set. Mtechnik side skirts, RPI Exhaust.

Hey guys, im looking to upgrade my factory sport suspension on my 04 530i and i ran into this set up. If anyone has it and likes it id sure appreciate some reviews. Not sure what kind of set of brand to get. Thanks!

I've had the H&R coils since Dec 2007 and I like them a lot.. haven't used any other coilover system to compare them too, but they definitely handle good and it gives me the dropped look I want..

Thanks thats exactly the info i was looking for but you left out the ride feel, is it hard or soft?

yeah on bumpy roads it is sort of harsh especially since I have 20 inch wheels.. on highways / faster speeds they stiffen up nicely, and control is really great. I was initially looking at the Bilstein PSS9 coils, but when my wheels finally came in the PSS9 were on backorder at TireRack.com. My local shop, SonicMS, recommended the H&R coils instead and I've been happy with them.. I heard the next best is the KW V2 or V3 coils, but they are expensive.
