Hi,
I was hobby racing at Zandvoort recently and a friend - who is a professional tuner in NL has built custom stainless steel quads for his e60. He would be interested in re-producing this product if there is market for it.
Since it is stainless steel, it has lifetime guarantee. The client can decide if he wants the pipes to be silent or not.
So this poll is a help to everyone here to see who may be interested in a group order\purchase which will make the project feasible. It would be something that would be tested by other forum members in NL and then approved to be shipped all over the world.
The fit does of course come with the M5 bumper package.
Price range he estimated would be in the area of 700 euros for the exhaust excl. M5 bumper.
Looking forward to the pol results.

YES I am very, very interested in quad exhaust for a non M5! Can you give me a price of the kit in US dollars?
Sincerely,

Waw interesting responses. This project is initially planned only for 530d and 535d owners. If it will be available for 530i and 545i\550i customers would depend on either how different the system would need to be,.. or if we can get hold of a 545\550 to make the 1st sample. (there are not that many 545\550's in Holland !)
Any 545i\550i owners in Holland on this site?

If your friend would make 1 for the 530i you can count me in!
Ik vlieg binnenkort weer naar Nederland dus zou ik de uitlaat persoonlijk ophalen en betalen als dat ok is met jullie.

I'm also in if you can make it for the 530i. Can't wait to see some pics.
Presley348, 700 Euros is like 900 US.
How much is the M5 rear bumper going to be though?

Certainly the reque4sts for the 530i can make this a reality. The M5 bumper is about 420euros in europe but obviously it may be better to order one there in the states in USD.

Like '5er Sport' says if you can make me a set too for my 2004 530i you can probably count me in also, but I will need a drive out price first, and how can I make this quad exhaust kit work on my, and many others here at the e60 forum, on our Aerodynamic M kit, it has a place for two pipes already, and I was wondering if a good BMW body shop can cut me a set of holes on the right side and somehow build it up to make it look like the left side cut out, using fiberglass and repaint the small exhaust pipe section, instead of having to buy another bumper, and this time a M5 bumper!
One would think there will be more expense to purchase a M5 bumper, removal and installation, and paint job, Vs. just a slight body shop rear bumper modification on the present M aerodynamic bumper for two more pipes.
In conclusion: What do you members here at the e60 forum think the least expensive to go is for the added two extra exhaust pipes on the Right side, but still have our BMW quality looks? Will my idea work or not?
Thanks in advance.

I'm very interested, but what happens to the particle filter? And is it possible to let you guys do the fitting/ cut-out original bumper (don't want the m-bumper)?
