GROUP BUY: OEM Plate LED's Adapter
#51
Would like to sign up on this group buy, as long as the resistors don't overheat and start a fire in my trunk (boot), otherwise all my junk will burn. How is the testing going?

I've been running the new adapters for 5 months now without any issues. My friend said he has 5 adapters ready to be shipped. He just needs to set up his PayPal and figure out how much he wants to sell them for. Stay tuned...

This GB has started so long ago... I want to do this little mod too but it is starting to look like the "Error Free" (if that is really True) LED Bulb Mod is easier, faster and available "Now"
Please keep us posted, I would like to do this mod soon. Thanks!

I thought I want them, but I like my light/strobe show it gives in the beginning. I get props from everyone. I may want them later down the road
Some of the cops in NY may pass it off as impersonating a police car.
The reason it does this is to check the status of the halogen plate bulbs. It sends a quick pulse to check for resistance and pass-thru and the halogen bulb does not have time to react to this pluse.
However the LED's has a quick reaction and catches this 'test' pluses and fires off.
Now for those LED's christmas light bulbs...it really plays games with your eyes as you pass by them
