You're presuming everyone knows what BSW is. I don't.

Thanks. I guess I have lower standards when it comes to speakers. I've been thinking for the last year that the BOSE speakers my 5er came with are awesome. Good luck with the group buy

BOSE speakers?

I thought LOGIC 7 is a Harman Kardon system, the Individual High-End Audio System has speakers from some Swedish company, and the standard Business/HiFi systems have generic speakers? Or am I wrong?

I don't have logic 7, just standard (whatever comes with a car with Pro satnav, if that even affects things).

Maybe I'm confusing this with my previous car that definitely had bose. OK, then I've got the standard generic ones, but I'm happy

i was in a 2006 x3 and the stereo in that car is 120,000x better than what is in my 5 series. What a joke.

BSW = Bavarian Soundwerks (www.bavariansoundwerks.com)

They recently release a speaker upgrade package for Logic 7 and non-Logic 7 systems for the E60.

Halston@BSW is a member on here and he did set up a group buy when the package was first released but we asked for another group buy afterwards and he said the demand was so high that they didn't need to discount it any further. You can definitely try pinging him again. I had signed up for the first group buy but backed out to buy something else. Might be interested in doing it next time.

I may be interested. I want better sound and the BSW speakers are one way to get that without changing the stock look in a lease vehicle.
