I attempted to call and email Dave at the end of last week. He is indeed not there, and a low-level staffer is simply fielding/cataloging messages. FWIW - a bit of patience instead of concern might be less irritating and worrisome. As the product arrived two days after being shipped from MA, you should receive it very soon after Dave returns.
Not intending to add salt to this, but it WILL be worth the wait.
