awesome!!! i was told by the dealership that the HUD was unable to be ajusted for hight and now this proves them wrong AWESOME HELP!!!!

Mine refused many times, but now I think after I adjusted my seat the HUD is ok.

Just wondered in real life point of view, (rather than the diagrams in previous posts) how does one percieive the image from HUD? Is it directed onto the windscreen as a 2D transparent image, or does it appear to float as a hologram over the bonnet? Can it be seen from outside the vehicle or is it blocked by the special windscreen? Thanks in advance!

It floats over the bonnet and looks more as if it's projected on the road. The image is only visible to the driver and not to anyone else -- inside or outside of the car.
