Is the 5GT a hatchback F10 the way an X6 is a hatchback X5?

This has been discussed many times here....it seems to be overlapping the 5 series sedan and wagon, X5, X6 and even perhaps the 3 series wagon! 
How to sell it WITHOUT cannibalizing the sales of all the other BMW products??

X6 and X5 is a 4x4 off roader so not the same group
