My Ride: F11 520d Touring Imperial Blue, sports automatic, VDC, black leather sports seats, M Sport steering wheel, HiFi Professional, 18" 328 wheels, Xenon, PCD, electrical tow hitch etc...
E87 120dM -10, Titanium silver, xenon, PDC, Hifi, 18" wheels etc.
E87 120d M sport- 08, Le Mans blue, xenon, PDC, Hifi, 18" wheels etc.
Sold: BMW 525dT Deep sea blue, xenon, PDC, leather, Hifi, USB etc.
The 525d Touring was not mentioned in the press kit from BMW in March but it is now available for order. I reserved a production slot for an F11 already in April and will have the car delivered 1 November or even earlier.

Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
Congrats gorban, that will be a very nice Touring.
I would upgrade the wheels to 19" (or then put winter tires on the 18"
and buy 19" or 20" wheels for the summer. Non RFT's, of course).
The Sport steering wheel (without the "M") looks nicer with a non M-Sport car.
If you go for a M-Sport (available later in the fall), the M-steering wheel will follow.
See this link.
Go absolutely also for the Ambient Light! Cost only some 4000 SEK.
You'll get the chrome handles and a wonderful inside/outside lightning.
Why not the 8-speed sport auto?
I would upgrade the wheels to 19" (or then put winter tires on the 18"
and buy 19" or 20" wheels for the summer. Non RFT's, of course).
The Sport steering wheel (without the "M") looks nicer with a non M-Sport car.
If you go for a M-Sport (available later in the fall), the M-steering wheel will follow.

Well after some going back and forth in my thinking during the summer I finaly decided to change my order to a 520d Touring and add some extras.
My final order includes:
F11 520d Touring

I did a test drive in the F10 520d yesterday and was quite pleased with the engine. Not quite like my 6 cylinder 525d but the power and vibration was totally acceptable.

sorry but we all, including myself, have to wait until 03.01.2011 ( is the wishing delivery date from my side, I know it´s a very long time to wait....).
But I have on Friday a visit, it named "colour customer guidance" by BMW in Dingolfing ( where the series 5,6,7 in produce ), where I can see all the different colours that I prefer. After them I told you my experienced impressions.
