Well, the wait is over and I finally have my F10 in my garage now. I had a set of 20" chrome Sport Edition ST4's and Continental tires waiting for it's arrival and I put them on already. I also tinted the windows all around with Solar Gard film. Now I don't know if it's just me or do 20" wheels look a bit small on this car ? What do you guys think? Should I get lowering springs for it ? if yes , which do you recommend?. Thanks in advance for your opinions, advice and any comments that you may contribute.

Easy now....the guy just got a new ride for the fam. Not EVERYONE hates chrome, but true that most on this forum seem to not like the look.
I think it looks decent, but does need a drop.....maybe get the wheels PC'd in the (near) future.

The thing that concerns me most is his neighbor still has what appears to be a wreath with red ribbons still on their house from Christmas!

Contact Michael @ Acute Performance (do a search on the forum) or Trinity Autosport (also search). Both are knowledgable and will take care of you....and they're both in OC.
Good luck and post more pics when done!

I appreciate the warm welcome and kind words. I sold my 06' 325i and managed to buy this car cash for $49K. It came with the premium package and the convenience package. And for your information I love my 20" chrome wheels and thats all that matters. Anyway, I was asking for opinions on lowering my vehicle not if you liked my wheels or not (which I can care less). As they say " The richest man in the world is he who is content with what he has"

Well said!

As for the drop, that would definitely benefit it IMO

Jesus, these F10s are tremendous... Those 20's look like 18's on the E60..

That being said, I like the look, even with the chrome wheels. A drop would definitely help the look, as it always does.

Nice ride.

Yes, I think 20's look smaller on these cars compared to the E60's. And yes, I think lowering it is a must, and it will make it look sooooo much nicer.
