After seeing the other pictures taken of the M5 at BMW where the cover is lifted by the wind, where the quads are positioned closer to the middle like the M3, i am guessing this a regular F10 M-sport with an after market quad exhaust. The wheels are the 19s from the M-sport version. But hey, who knows, thats just me guessing!

Its not the m5, rear looks different and this has no side vents or special mirrors. Thats a m-tech rear bumper, I would imagine m5 will be all once piece with no plastic diffuser.
