Default Looking to buy 2014 M5 with 18k miles, any advise or things to watch out for?

Hey guys, wanted to ask for some advise.
I’m happy that I was able to find a good deal on the car 2014 with 18k miles but I’m worried that I won’t be able to get any extended warranty (since they offer 100k miles or 7 years). The car will be 7 years next year so I’m not sure if it pays to buy a warranty (as I heard they’re around $3000-5000)
i did check the car at the service and the mechanic said that it’s been taken cared of, they changed the front brake pads, all new tires (it’s been parked for extended period of time and developed flat spots)
my concern is, what should I watch out for if it was parked for so long? The seller’s friend is driving it from time to time and he says the car runs great, they put about 2k miles a year. Also what do you think about the price, I was able to negotiate to get it for $34k (cosmetically it has a scratched quarter panel and dented rear bumper) besides that just needs a good detailing
any advise is greatly appreciated

I just bought one with 172k miles.

The only word of advice is....make sure you can see/verify the service history.

$34k for a 14 BMW M5 is a fair price. I would of negotiated that out the door to bring it around $31k sale price.

Honestly there's not much that would of been done with 18k on the ticker. 1 mandatory oil change, cabin filters and that's it. The only issues I would see is the tires and battery. It being 7 years if the battery hasn't been replaced go ahead and replace it. Get the CARFAX it should tell you what you need to know. If it hasn't been in a out of the shop then you're good
