wheels definitely look like x6m and 167 wheels combined....better than the m sport wheels IMO...

The worst part about BMW's new M5 will be the sound of it's engine. It will no longer inspire an audible orgasm when you hear it like the V10 did. Very sad. =( It is one of the most defining elements of the E60 M5's legend.

I wonder if they'll use different mirrors :think: . so far both the m and non-m side mirrors look identical.

can't say that without actually sitting in it yet...I like the sound of the x5/6M :cool:

for sure will get different mirrors..test mules are more about the engine, suspension, transmission...doubt much testing needs to be done to the mirror :P

I'm getting that feeling, like M5 will be kinda like the F10 M-sport package - "meh" at best... :nono:

as long as they are not chrome mirrors like they had in some of those magazine "artists' impressions" pictures, then I don't mind!

I quite like the stance of that car and the offset of the wheels. It looks a little lower than the E60 M5's factory suspension set-up and the wheels seem to be further out, whereas many members seem to put 10mm spacers all round on the E60 M5 to get that look -- however it might just be the angle of the picture :think:

These wheels are just awesome. Although i bought new Lexani wheels and tires this year for my Saphire black E60, I've been thinking more and more about moving to black concave OEM or OEM reps next year. Arrggh, does this mod fever ever end....

Those BBS wheels were never going to be headed for production bc they were thousands of dollars. Nice replacement wheels tho.

No side vents like e92 M3 or e60 M5?

If you zoom in, it looks like there are 2 or 3 horrizontal slats. Or is that swirl effect around it just playing with my eyes :wacko:
