now I know why BMW whats the AWD in there cars to sell more.

That doesn't tell us where the market is going so much as tell us the growing number of stupid drivers out there who need training wheels to drive. AWD, traction control, stability control, abs, all domains of the driving inept.
When I was in high school in Colorado I drove through feet of snow in a 72 Chevy Monte Carlo with a 427 under the hood. I learned to drive well in the snow because I had to. Not only did I never have an accident in the snow, but I never got stuck That car barely had power steering and power brakes, much less traction control Lol

I know you love the AWD's Vladdy, but the F10 is already a heavy car, and the AWD system just makes it heavier and makes it much harder to get the 50/50 weight distribution BMW is famous for. Not to mention the hit to fuel economy that AWD gives you.

But the best reason to NOT have AWD on the new M5? Having to put more stupid badges on an M car, like the xDrive X5 35i - ridiculous.
F1 is heavily regulated, hence it can only be an epitome of regulating an otherwise awesome series. That said, right you are - it is the highest tech racing out there (along with WRC )

I do agree on the weight issue and distribution thereof - important stuff... but when you have 600 horses... meh, even those stupid badges won't really hold you back, bro

But when it comes to launching... well, here ya go:

I rest my case.

PS I do hate those stupid badges though - why do they even put them on. Just leave it off - half the people won't even know whether its RWD or AWD
