I just picked this up from Eric over at PYSpeed the other day. This looks great and has a nice button to keep the key fob in place. Here's a few pics.
The leather feels like the M sport wheel and the stitching looks awesome!

I bought similar fob covers within one week of buying my '07 e60 - after having the misfortune of an accidental button press while the fob was in my pocket!
Found my windows and roof open on a rainy night - fortunately the alarm went off so things didn't get too wet!
Bought mine on ebay --- granted, they don't have the fancy stitching ;-)
