My 528i just hit 80000 miles. I recently bought it with 75000 miles about 5 months ago. I got a hell of a deal for it and now the more I drive it the more the suspension bugs me. Its getting a bit soft and I notice the bumps on the road a lot more. Im not sure if I have the struts w/ that electric adjustment feature. How can I find out? So I was planning on replacing with stock oem struts... then go to thinking, if i'm gonna go in there I might as well upgrade a lil. I was wondering if the struts from a M5 or something might work with my vehicle with minimal problems. Or if aftermarket is the way to go... BTW im a Airplane Technician so a little ingenuity and perseverance won't be lacked. Help me out guys!
