Exhaust Inquiry for 2013 550i X Drive
 

I recently installed an Eisenmann racing exhaust on my BMW 550i X Drive. I bought AR Design downpipes but sent them back being I was informed my check engine light would be on. I wanted to secure a Meistershaft X-pipe mid pipe. Any idea where I can buy this? GT Haus will only sell it with the mufflers. I want to make the car louder but don't want to sacrifice my Eisennmann exhaust nor have a check engine light.

too bad you gave away the catless downpipes. There's ways around tricking the o2 sensors by using an "simulator". Its a 90 degree fitting that spaces the sensors away from direct exhaust fumes.

I don't see why a good muffler place can't weld you up a good x-pipe. As long as they don't use crush bends, it's the correct dimensions, and its quality metal, should serve the same purpose.
