My Ride: 2006 535d MSport ; Retired at 110,000 miles
October 2010: 2010 535d MSport; Space Grey/Black Dakota, Adaptive Xenons, High Beam assistant, Prof. Nav, Voice Control,SAT, Adaptive Drive, Powered boot, Comfort Access, Climate Comfort W/Screen, Surround View, Side/Rear Sunblinds, Comfort Seats, HUD, Active Cruise, TV, Prof Loudspeaker, Night Vision, Lane Change warning, 4-Zone A/C, split rear seats, Speed Limit Display
Just taken delivery of an F10 with adaptive Xenons.
On the E60 I could correct the headlight dipped beam pattern - when going over to Europe and driving on the right of the road - by operating a small lever inside the headlight assembly, accessed via a small circular cap on top of each headlight.
On the F10, there's no circular cap, nothing in the instruction manual....anyone know how it's done on an F10?

Good News: The instructions fro Xenons are in my handbook on page 159 under "Driving Hints"
Bad News: The instructions describe what you have for the E60 so may not help.....
Remove the covers for low beam headlights , see page 274
To switch the headlights over move the red lver diagonally upwards.
