M kit definitely worth it if your going for a sportier look.

If "sport" exterior appearance, anthracite headliner or extra thick M sport steering wheel isn't much of an appeal, then I would say save the 6k and either grab other options or spend it on a Anniversary trip with your wife

Yes for the M Sport package and get her some nice 20" to go with it, as well.
From the style of the new M5 or the new F12/13
