Is it me or is the steering wheel smaller on the 2011 F10?

I saw one in a Westchester BMW dealership and it seemed smaller to me?

Not sure about that...need to see in person but I hope they lowered the gages or something. One of my pet peeves with my car is at the position that is most comfortable to me, the top of the spedo and tac are cut off unless I either tilt the wheel up or scrunch down in my seat to see what number the needle is pointing too.

I think it's about the same size.

If I do not forget, still having my E61, I could measure them both. Sport M steering wheel in the E61 and Sport steering wheel on the F10. But then again, it's more likely that I will forget or won't have time till it's gone.

Are you referring to the overall diameter of the wheel or the thickness of it?
