My Ride: 2013 535i xDrive MSport
Stratification Potentiometer - 8011B9
Hi - The front temperature stratification dial is working intermittently on my 2013 535i xDrive - ISTA+ gave error code 8011B9 - Potentiometer of stratification adjuster, front left: short circuit to positive or open circuit.
I'd like to only replace the stratification pot/dial, but it only appears as part of the Center Fresh Air Grille (p/n 64229209136). Does anyone know the part number of the stratification pot/dial & if it's available by itself?
I appreciate the help!
ETK shows two different Center Fresh Air Grille assemblies, depending on the following options:
S534A - Automatic A/C: Center Fresh Air Grille 64229209136
S496A - Heated Rear Seats: Center Fresh Air Grille 64229158312
My car has both options...

The only way to find it is go to mdecoder and punt you vin in to see what system you have. Then you would go to realoem.com to find the part. If it doesn't list it then you're looking at buying it used or the whole assembly online
