I don't recall ever seeing any 5ers with soft close doors. I think it's pretty much reserved for the 7 series. I've heard of people retrofitting them in E60s and F10s. good luck with your car search.

my 535 F10 (04/2010) have soft close. Once you have it, you can't go back. I love it.
You always knows that the door are properly closed, and also you can lock/unlock the car only by touching the handle at the door. |
Just get passengers to bloody close the door with care!
