OK 2040 miles now covered, MPG is a constant 26/27.6MPG, I did an experiment with 99 Ron Fuel, filling the tank with it and doing the same round trip journey of 250 miles in total ( not all in one day ) across two days.
RESULT same MPG 27.6 , so I do not need to wast money on the top fuels for this car. It preformed just as well but no better.
