No Audio on driver side speakers(intermittent)

My Ride: bmw f10 530d
Model Year: 2010
No Audio on driver side speakers(intermittent)
hello, i just acquired a BMW F10 2010 530d , the driver side speakers are intermittent , they work to start but after turning up volume past halfway they lose all sound until ignition reset
the unusual thing is if move the driver side windows up or down the sound comes back ! as if there was an elctrical issue , it then stays until volume is cranked up this is for any input type ncluding aux radio etc
thing i have tried
new battery = not fixed
remove driver door panel to check for loose connections etc
checked for external amp not found only found combox behind interior in boot (no front tweeters)
checked boot for damp = nothing
there is no idrive flickering or rebooting going on at all ,all seems normal , any help or ideas much appreciated , thankyou
