New F10 on Ship Headed for My House!

My first BMW is en route somewhere in the blackout area of the Atlantic. If all goes well should be available to me by mid-May. Does anyone know of anything that may hold up me taking possession of the car? Can not friggen wait!!!!!!!!!

My Ride: '07 335 E93, '04 Acura TSX
The story going around on other forums is that you may not take delivery of an F10 model until the "official" release date of June 19, 2010. Even if it gets here before then, BMW will hold it at the preparation center. My 535i has been on a boat headed for California for more than a week, but looks like we'll have to wait until June.

It has happened before. Delays for 1 of 2 reasons. Either an EPA certification glitch or simply waiting for launch cars to arrive at the dealers has delayed deliveries in the past.
