I just got a BMW 528i fully loaded. Everything works fine, except for the iphone app My BMW Remote. Ive called BMW assist and went through checking everything, tel, password, user name, etc... everything checked fine, although when I try to log in I get this message "No vehicles are saved to your account". Can some please guide me through this problem? BMW wont give me support since Im in USA (Florida) and My BMW Remote is UK APP.

I didn't know there was an iPhone app for BMW's.....cool.

Too much of a security concern for me, though....what if you lose your phone or somebody hacks into it?

 

Two levels of protection -- iPhone password and 4-digit PIN for the BMW app. And then all you can do is lock/unlock, find the location of your vehicle (if you're close), sound the horn, or flash the lights. Would like the ventilation feature that's available in Europe, but perhaps when they finally launch in the US it will all be there.

 

Any phone can be easily hacked, no matter what "protection" feature it has. (Go ask the Chinese or Russians. )
