You're welcome, I love the tech stuff too!

It's funny but I'm always amazed at how few people take the time to look at these types of videos I post when a new model comes out. I wonder why more people don't check them out?

Given the buzz and excitement level of the board when the F10 was unveiled a few days ago, you'd think more people would be taking the time to watch each and every one -- I even went to the trouble of posting the shot lists and durations so that people could jump right to the video that interested them the most but it seems as if the first one or two get the most downloads and after that, people just move on.

Maybe it's just me (and obviously a few others) but I really enjoy watching these things at least one time and possibly more -- especially when many of them show or demonstrate something that's totally new on the car. I think the videos that show the new "Top View" cameras, the self-parking system, the LED lights and turn signals, etc. are all especially fascinating to watch. Obviously, you don't get to see that kind of stuff from still photos... These "virtual tours" are what keeps me sane until I can actually sit in one and play around!

I only wish I could post the high-resolution versions here but they're too large...

Thanks for taking the time to list these, it may be that like me a lot of people are using work computer access and I cannot get it to load! But appreciate the effort all the same, here is another link all high resolution photos that worked

I think the reason why not too many people are looking at these great videos, is because they are busy complaining about the new body style in other posts Not sure what people were expecting for the new body style! I cannot wait to see the new body style in the M package and nice 19" wheels. I think it would look like one mean machine...

Great videos. Thanks for posting.

One observation - notice the differerence in the transmission shifter between vid 237 vs. vid 240. Sport vs. non-sport?? The latter looks like the shifter in my X5 (sport).

Clearly I remember seeing a sport shifter in one of the videos...

It looks very similar to the current SAT shifter but slightly different (as are the paddles, as we discussed in another thread.)

THANK YOU for posting these!
They do provide a different perspective than the photos.

Do we know what location(s) these were shot at?
